Our technical department is more than ready to provide you with both hardware maintenance & software support services backed by a team of highly qualified engineers that are experienced, efficient and gifted.

Our services include:

Hardware Maintenance : - diagnosing & rectifying the problem and if needed replacing of brand approved spare parts,

Software support service : - technical support, installation & helpdesk service for different software packages,

Networking : - system design, selection and implementation of wiring infrastructure to link all PCs in a Local Area Network (LAN),

Upgrading : - add in new accessories such as, RAM memory, CD-ROM, modems, backup tap drives etc.. to the existing system and using different hardware and software techniques to increase the speed and efficiency of existing system.

Our past experience shows that some system problems & errors can be resolved over the telephone. To this effect CBC assigned a standby engineer to offer on-line telephone services. But if the problem is not resolved through telephone:

1. We can offer on-site service, giving urgent response to your call made during normal CBC's working hour 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM,

2. We will arrange to bring your system to our workshop for further repair,

3. We can enter into a maintenance agreement in which we provide:

a) Hardware Maintenance as No. 1 &2, and

b) Preventive Maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, checking and solving pending problems at regular intervals, thus preventing your computers from failing and optimizing the performance by periodically checking system integrity & data security.
